Our Creation Process:

Step 1: Requirements Review: Understand the customer requirements:

• Customer requirements for the space.
• specific functional needs
• aesthetics and style
• vision for what the environment must achieve
• Area layout
• Measurements
• Pictures or drawings of concepts
• Pictures of the site
• Use of samples to develop preliminary ideas around wood species, colors and material selections.

Step 2: Concept development. Develop a concept that reflects the client’s vision and addresses the requirements:

• 3D Rendering
• Material Options
• Cost Estimates
• Material Selection
• Timeline and special considerations
• Budgetary Requirements

Step 3: Final design: Determine the final project requirements:

• Material, colors and design
• Cost estimate of the complete project
• Manufacturing and installation schedule
• 50% down payment required to lock in the project
• At this time the client can have a copy of the rendering

Step 4: Delivery and Installation:

• Final site survey is conducted to establish precise requirements
• Materials and specialty items are ordered
• Components are manufactured
• A progress payment of 20-40% is made once manufactured items are reviewed by the customer
• Installation is completed
• Customer reviews
• Final payment is made at installation

This process will vary depending on the type of project and client.
